Catinella's Bakery and Bistro has moved out of 1200 Kenesaw and left a very nice space vacant.

I'm wondering what the neighborhood would like to see in that space.  Here are some of the details.

  • 1200 Kenesaw Ave
    Knoxville, TN 37919
  • 1200 Square Feet; 12 foot ceilings; Front entrance faces Kenesaw; Store-front glass on front and part of side; Plumbing for two restrooms; Plumbing/Electrical/Gas for restaurant

Here's some of the suggested uses so far:

  1. convenient store/deli
  2. pizza shop
  3. cigar club

Any other ideas?

I would put in a consignment shop of sorts, it would really work well in this community, people have LOTS to get rid of lately. a children's consignment shop like "Too good to be Threw". Or a jewelry furniture place " 9 wives Consignment". EOK alone could staff the place.
