We use a different business model than our competition.  Most other IT companies use a "break-fix" business model.  They get paid when your stuff breaks to come fix it.

We use a membership model (we make more money if your stuff doesn't break!).  Also, if you add up our membership fees for the entire year, we're still a lower cost than the competition!

How do we do it?  We know our clients.  We spend time on the front-end getting to know you and your stuff.  We document all of your stuff.  We find all the user's manuals, drivers, firmware updates, common issues, etc. so we can support your stuff better.  Then, we build a plan for setting up all of your stuff the best way possible!  It's in our best interest to keep you up and running!  It's in our competition's best interest if you're stuff keeps breaking...

Checkout our new yard sign!  Also, if you have a need for a class, let us know.  We've had classes on Quickbooks, iPad tips, Facebook...we're open to suggestions!  Someone asked for a class on using Skype today...coming soon!
