Relocation and Looking for a rental home $1800?? Please help

My wife, 16 month old son and I will be relocating to the area from Savannah GA and are looking for a rental house in the Sequoyah Hills area. We would be looking to rent for 6 months to 1 year then purchase.. Any advice or potential properties would be great..
