Two UT Students looking to rent for Next Year

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a two bedroom apartment/condo/townhouse in the Sequoyah Hills area. We would like to spend around $750/month and would most likely be looking to begin renting in August. We looked at Sequoyah Square and really liked it, but we are open to other areas as well.
