February Numbers

February saw four homes in Sequoyah Hills transfer ownership.  The average price per square foot for the February transactions was $157 as per information in the Knoxville MLS.  In 2010, three homes were sold in the month of February with an average price per square foot of $153.  Not a significant difference, but positive movement nonetheless!
