April had 5 houses sell for an average of $148 per square foot in Sequoyah Hills. The range was from $88 per square foot up to $206 per square foot. In 2011, only two houses sold for an average price per square foot of $190, however, one of those homes sold for $246 per square foot, which is an aberration.
The spring market, while not heating up like the mid 2000's, is moving along at a much better clip than the last few years. If things continue to hold pace, we could end up seeing our best spring in terms of both price and volume since the housing market crashed back in 2008...
