April Numbers

April saw two homes in Sequoyah Hills transfer ownership.  The average price per square foot for the April transactions was $189 as per information in the Knoxville MLS.  However, this was due to one of the two homes being sold for $246 per square foot - an aberration, as it was easily the most expensive home (per square foot) that has been sold this year in Sequoyah Hills.  In 2010, eight homes were sold in the month of April with an average price per square foot of $155.  Volume down substantially from last year, but activity slowly rising...
